The feature keys are the ones that you will use most often. They include the following: Talk Button – Press the Talk button to place a call after dialing a phone number or when answering incoming calls.

When I register a new handset (W56H) the base station goes into a reboot cycle and the web gui is not accessible.The screen will now display the names of handsets registered to the same base station, the handset itself is highlighted and followed by a left arrow. Press Up or Down to highlight the desired base (in most cases this will be Base1), and then press the OK soft key. The handset will now begin to search for the base station. Navigate to “Settings” → “System Settings” → “Handset Rest” → “OK”. When the message “Reset handset to default” appears press “Enter” and insert the PIN “ 0000”. Press “Yes” to confirm.

The SCA softkey or (Shared Call Appearance) allows you to see lines of each handset paired to a base. When prompted, dial the extension number against which you wish to park the call, followed by the Pound (#) sign to park the call against your own number. You can also dial the Pound (#) key to retrieve the call parked against the number from which you are calling.To disable call forwarding, select the forwarding service to disable, then switch the service to Off.
